This collaborative event comes with the promise of balance through yoga, relaxation, and nourishment. It falls at the time of the Autumn Equinox when day and night are in harmony, and we prepare to move into the shorter days of the last phase of the year.
Move your body in a dynamic yoga asana practice with best-in-class Stacey Rosenberg in the private studio of Paradox Ranch’s very own, Taylor Donsker
Relax and rejuvenate with a deeply restorative and immersive sound bath using song bowls, gongs, bells, and chimes with Lee Gregorio.
Nourish yourself with a garden-to-table meal provided by Black Food Futurist chef Nia Lee in the garden at Paradox Ranch. Nia will skillfully incorporate the fresh bounty from Paradox Ranch's fruit orchard and the medicinal and vegetable garden into her culinary creations, paying homage to the rich culinary heritage of Sonoma County. We'll dine in Paradox Ranch's idyllic garden setting, where we'll savor our meal together at a Taylor Donsker Design handcrafted communal table.
